Joseph Karam has a broad expertise and a proven track record of spearheading Hospitality and Restaurant Operations successfully encompassing Food & Beverage, Festival Management and High-end catering.

Before becoming Assistant Dean Of Practical Arts at Glion Institute in Switzerland, joseph Karam was the General Manager of Larissa SAL in Lebanon and of Larissa (Al Mawaed) in Saudi Arabia. He then directed the teaching program of International Food & Beverage Management at Institut Paul Bocuse and became the General Director of the Food and Beverage department of Accelis Group.

Joseph Karam has a bachelor in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Management, an MBA in Food Business Management and Concepts Creation from Institut Paul Bocuse, a Master II in Research and Management from Lyon III IAE/EM Lyon and is currently a PhD candidate in Management Science in Lyon III.
