Karl Abawatt brings in more than 15 years of expertise in real estate, asset management and debt structuring of acquisition in Europe and GCC countries.

He worked in the acquisition team in one of the top European value-add funds before heading the real estate department of one of the most important KSA family-owned investment groups, Olayan Europe Limited. He is now an expert in real estate private equity in the UK.

He holds a BA in Economics from Saint Joseph University, Beirut and a Master in Structured Finance from ESCP-EAP, graduate school of management in Paris.
